The Supreme Rasayana — “Dhatri Phala” (The Nourishing Mother Fruit) Āmla, also known as Āmalakī, is one of the most celebrated herbs in Ayurveda, recognized as a prime Rasayana (rejuvenative) and Pittashamaka.
